Pineapple Blizzard Recipe
Ingredients
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows | 15 , quartered | |
| Can | 1 Medium, crushed | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 z. pineapple, drained and diced | ||
| Dates | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Whipped cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 pkg. cherry gelatin | ||
Directions
Combine cheese and mayonnaise; mix until smooth.
Add marshmallows, lemon juice, pineapple and dates; stir thoroughly.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into freezer tray.
Freeze.
