Ingredients

| Granulated Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup raisins or chopped nuts 250 mL | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bananas | 2 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), undrained | |
Directions
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts.
Beat eggs; blend in oil, bananas and pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until thoroughly moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
