Pineapple Whip Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites, beaten stiffly
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 can crushed pineapple
Directions
Bring sugar, milk and egg yolks to scalding point.
Then cook until slightly thickened.
Cool.
Fold in beaten whites and cream; then pineapple.
Freeze in freezing tray.
Then cook until slightly thickened.
