Pineapple Water Chestnut Coconut And Lychee With Ginger Recipe
Ingredients
| 185 g/6 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained | ||
| 185 g/6 oz canned lychees, drained and stoned | ||
| 125 g/4 oz canned water chestnuts, drained | ||
| Grated ginger | 1 Tablespoon, peeled | |
| 60 g/2 oz desiccated coconut | ||
| Rosemary | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 2 tbls white or dark rum | ||
| 45 g/l 1/2 oz butter | ||
Directions
Slice the pineapple chunks and lychees in half, grate the water chestnuts and mix all the ingredients together.
