 185 g/6 oz canned pineapple chunks, drained
 185 g/6 oz canned lychees, drained and stoned
 125 g/4 oz canned water chestnuts, drained
 Grated ginger1 Tablespoon, peeled
 60 g/2 oz desiccated coconut
 Rosemary2 Teaspoon, chopped
 2 tbls white or dark rum
 45 g/l 1/2 oz butter

Directions
