Pineapple Waldorf Pasta Salad Recipe

1 can (8 ounces) DOLEĀ® Pineapple Chunks, undrained
 
2 cups cooked medium shell pasta rinsed and cooled
 
1 medium red apple, cored and cubed
 
1 cup diced celery
 
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted or whole natural almonds
 
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
 
2 tablespoons light sour cream
 
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice; set aside.
Combine drained pineapple, pasta, apple, celery and walnuts in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, reserved juice and salt in small bowl; blend well.
Add to pasta mixture.
Toss until combined.
