Glazed Cherries Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe

| Dessert cake, 1 recipe | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple rings, small size, 6 to 7 | ||
| Glazed cherries | ||
Directions
Grease a cake tin (8 to 9 inches diameter) generously with butter; sprinkle brown sugar.
Arrange pineapple slices-whole or cut up into pieces; place cherries in the hole of the rings (drain pineapple well before use).
Prepare batter for desert cake according to the directions.
Spoon the cake batter on the pineapple.
Bake in 180°C oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Invert tin in a slightly deep serving dish; keep inverted for a few minutes for syrup to drain down.
Lift the empty tin.
