Ingredients

 6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked until just tender peeled
 1/2 large pineapple, peeled and cut in wedges
 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 3/4. cup brown sugar, packed
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Monosodium glutamate1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Arrange halved sweet potatoes and pineapple wedges alternatively in well greased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
Pour mixture over sweet potatoes and pineapple, bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally to glaze properly.
