Pineapple Sweet And Sour Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pound lean pork, cut into 1/2 inch pieces | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 cup beef bouillon | ||
| Green pepper | 1 Large, slivered | |
| Onion | 1 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Pineapple chunks | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup pineapple syrup | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Brown pork in hot oil.
Season.
Add bouillon.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and pineapple.
Blend together next 5 ingredients and add to mixture.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
Serve on rice.
