 Acorn squash3
 Crushed pineapple1 , canned
 Brown sugar1/3 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed
 Butter3 Tablespoon, softened
 Pecans1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon Twists

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using a sharp knife, cut the squash in half lengthwise
2) Mix together the pineapple, sugar, butter, pecans, cinnamon, water
3) Into each squash, spoon the pineapple mixture
4) Layer the squash into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish
5) Cover with a lid and bake at 375 F for 50 minutes
6) Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes

SERVING
7) Serve slightly warm garnished with the lemon twists
