Ingredients

 Gelatine 15 to 20 gm.
 Lime1/2 (For 4)
 Egg whites2 (For 4)
 Pineapple225 Gram (For 4)
 Sugar45 Gram (For 4)
 Water and pineapple juice 300 ml.

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatine in the liquid. Add sugar and lime juice and allow to cool.
2. Dice pineapple.
3. Whisk the whites till stiff in a large bowl and add the liquid gradually and continue whisking till mixture starts to set.
4. Add two-thirds of the pineapple and whisk well together.
5. Pile at once in a glass dish and decorate with the remaining pineapple.
6. Serve with custard sauce.
