Pineapple Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 Cup (125 ml) pineapple juice
1/2 Cup (125 ml) com syrup
2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1/2 tsp (2 ml) salt
3 lbs (1.4 kg) small pork spareribs
Directions
– Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
– In a deep bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, add spareribs and marinate for approximately 1 hour, turning from time to time.
– Bake for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Turn over a few times during cooking process and baste with marinade.
