Pineapple Soda Recipe
Pineapple Soda is a wonderful treat that you can surprise your kids whith ona hot summer afternoon. The delicious Pineapple Soda is received at my place with a lot of excitement. Try it out for yourself!
Ingredients
| 1 brick vanilla ice cream | ||
| Soda | 6 Bottle (1l), chilled | |
| SYRUP | ||
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple essence | 2 Teaspoon | |
| A few drops of yellow colour | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
To prepare syrup, boil sugar and water.
Keep on fire for 2 minutes after the first boil.
Remove from fire.
Cool.
Add pineapple essence, yellow colour & lemon juice.
Chill the syrup.
To serve, put 4-5 tbsp (l karchhi) of syrup in a tall glass.
Put 1 tsp of ice cream.
Stir.
Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pour 1/2 of the soda & serve with a spoon and a straw.
