Pineapple Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
| Cabbage | 1 | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste | |
| Pimientos | 1/4 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seeds | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the cabbage, pepper and pimientos together.
2) Drain the pineapple tidbits and stir into the cabbage mixture.
3) In a bowl, blend rest of the ingredients together and stir into the cabbage mixture.
SERVING
4) Use the Pineapple Slaw, as required.
