Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Buttermilk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Freeze in a shallow pan or in paper cups with popsicle sticks.
3. Before serving, break into pieces and whip until soft. Spoon into dishes and top with a spoonful of crushed pineapple
