Directions
MAKING
1)Reserve the pineapple juice and set it aside.
2)In a small saucepan combine sugar and flour, mix egg, lemon juice, and reserved pineapple juice stirring it well.
3)Stir it constantly over low heat until thickened.
4)Cool the mixture.
6)Later add the reserved pineapple and mayonnaise, stirring well.
SERVING
7)Serve spread on date-nut bread.
