Pineapple Rice Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 cup heavy cream
 
1/2 cup water
 
1/2 cup instant rice
 
14 oz canned crushed pineapples, well drained
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
Strawberries, sliced poppy seeds

Directions

In a bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Refrigerate.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add rice.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let cool.
Refrigerate.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except strawberries and poppy seeds.
Divide among dessert cups.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
