Pineapple Rice Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups raw long-grain rice
1 quart cold water
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 cup (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
Directions
Combine rice with cold water and salt.
Bring to boil, stirring.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, according to package directions.
Add butter and pineapple, tossing with fork to mix.
