Pineapple Queens Recipe
Ingredients
4 1/2 sweet cherries
8 oz. no-sugar chocolate
Box cake mix
1/4 cup crushed pineapple and unsweetened juice
Directions
Drain cherries and pat dry.
Cut each cherry into 8 slices, a total of 36 slices.
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix and pineapple with its own juice.
Stir to completely blend.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Top each cookie with a cherry slice.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
