Pineapple Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
2 oz. butter
5 1/2 tablespoons flour sifted
5 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
2 egg yolks
Pinch of salt
spread with:
2 egg whites beaten
2 tablespoons fruit sugar
Directions
Place in top of double boiler and cook till thick and creamy.
Place in pudding dish and spread with ingredients.
Cook in slow oven 300° F. 15 to 20 minutes.
