Pineapple Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 center-cut pork chops, well trimmed | ||
| Crushed pineapple can | 1 8 Ounce, undrained | |
| Brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Trim off excess fat from pork chops and place in a large skillet over medium heat.
When fat begins to sizzle, add chops and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned.
Remove fat pieces and pour off any excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
Pour over chops; cover, and cook 20 to 30 minutes over medium heat, turning chops occasionally.
