Pineapple Pizza Recipe

First of all let me thank my neighbor for sharing this excellent Pineapple Pizza recipe. I tried this recipe for Pineapple Pizza the other day and was totally bowled over. Ingredients

 
2 cans (8 ounces each) Crushed Pineapple
 
1/2 cup bottled pizza sauce
 
1 clove garlic, pressed
 
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
 
1/2 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
 
1/2 pound Italian sausage, crumbled, cooked
 
1 small Green Bell Pepper, seeded and sliced
 
1/4 cup chopped green onion
 
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 °F.
Drain pineapple well, pressing out excess juice with back of spoon.
In small bowl, combine pizza sauce, garlic and oregano.
Roll and stretch thawed dough to fit greased 12-inch pizza pan.
Spread dough with pizza sauce mixture.
Top with sausage, green pepper, onion, pineapple and cheeses.
Bake in preheated oven 12 to 15 minutes or until pizza is bubbly and crust is browned.
