Directions

Dissolve both gelatins in boiling water.
Chill until syrupy.
Whip cream; continue beating, adding gelatin gradually.
Fold in pineapple.
Pile into crust; chill.
Garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
Chill until firm.
