| Pineapple | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |

| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Rinse and slice the top of each bell peppers, then discard the seeds and membranes.
MAKING
2) In a double boiler, stir the gelatin in pineapple juice to dissolve.
3) In a mixing bowl, mix the gelatin mixture, pineapple, cream cheese, walnuts and pimento together.
4) Sprinkle with the salt and paprika to taste.
5) Spoon the gelatin mixture into the bell peppers and place in the refrigerator until the gelatin mixture is set.
SERVING
6) Serve chilled on a serving platter.
