Pineapple Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup shortening
4 tablespoons cold water
Directions
Combine flour, salt and shortening in small mixer bowl.
Mix at low speed of mixer until mixture is the size of small peas.
Add water, mixing at low speed until dough forms.
Shape into a ball.
Roll out on floured surface to a circle 1 1/2 inches larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan.
Fit loosely into pan.
Form a rim; flute edge.
Pour Filling into pastry-lined pan.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
