|Ripe pineapples||2 Small|
|Seedless green grape halves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Section orange, reserving 2 tablespoons juice for dressing.
Dice orange sections.
Cut pineapples (including crowns) in half.
Hollow out, leaving shell 1/2 inch thick.
Dice pineapple and combine with orange, grapes, celery, and chicken.
Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise; add reserved orange juice and seasonings.
Fold into chicken mixture; pile into pineapple shells.
Trim with almonds and green grapes.
