Pineapple Orange Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1/4 tsp salt
1 qt. cold evaporated skimmed milk
2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp orange rind, grated

How to make Pineapple Orange Ice Cream

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar replacement and salt; beat well.
Gradually beat in milk.
Stir in pineapple, orange juice and rind.
For ice cream freezer: Pour into 1 gal. (4 L) freezer can.
Freeze as directed by manufacturer.
For tray freezing: Pour into 3 freezer trays.
Freeze until mushy.
Pour into large bowl; beat well.
Return to freezer trays.
Repeat.
Repack in ice cream or plastic cartons.
Freeze firm.
