Pineapple Orange Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice | ||
| 1 cup unsweetened, canned pineapple chunks, drained | ||
| 2 medium sized oranges, peeled and separated into segments | ||
| Banana | 1 , sliced | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water.
In small saucepan, warm gelatin mixture and honey, just enough to dissolve gelatin and soften honey.
Add pineapple juice and frozen undiluted orange juice; cool until almost set.
Add pineapple chunks, orange segments and sliced bananas; chill until set.
