Pineapple Marshmallow Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (about 1 cup)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions
Combine crushed pineapple, lemon juice, and marsh-mallows in saucepan.
Place over low heat; stir until marshmallows are dissolved.
Remove from heat; cool.
When partially set, fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into sherbet dishes and chill 2 hr. or overnight.
