Pineapple Madeleines Recipe
Pineapple Madeleines is simply yummy. I have tried this Pineapple Madeleines recipe and it was fabulous. Pineapple Madeleines gets its rich flavor from pineapple jam and coconut.
Ingredients
Pineapple jam
3 oz. castor sugar
Coconut
4 oz. flour
Glace pineapple
2 eggs
3 oz. margarine
1 packet pineapple flavoured cornflour
Directions
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and sieved flour and cornflour.
Half fill greased and floured dariole tins.
Bake for 15 minutes in centre of oven (400°F.€” Gas Mark 5).
When cold, coat with pineapple jam and coconut and decorate with piece of glace pineapple.
