Pineapple Lime Mold Recipe

Pineapple lime mold is a simple lime gelatin fruit mold. Made with added sour cream, walnuts and celery to it, the pineapple lime mold is tangy and sweet to taste. Chilled to set, it is unmolded to serve and is cheerful as a side.

Ingredients

 
1 can (20 ounces) Pineapple Chunks
 
2 packages (3 ounces each) lime gelatin
 
2 cups boiling water
 
1 cup dairy sour cream
 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
 
1/2 cup chopped celery

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add sour cream and reserved syrup.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Stir in pineapple, walnuts and celery.
Pour into 7-cup mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold.
