Pineapple Islands Recipe
Pineapple Islands has a defining taste. Pineapple Islands is very easy to prepare. Pineapple Islands tastes better with fish salad topping.
Ingredients
7 oz canned tuna, drained, crumbled
7 oz canned salmon, drained, crumbled
1/4 cup celery, minced
3 shallots, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
4 canned pineapple slices, drained
Directions
In a bowl, mix ingredients, except pineapple.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Place a pineapple slice on each of 4 salad plates.
Using an ice cream scoop, top with fish salad.
