Pineapple Ham Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Juice | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Mustard | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/2-pound cooked ham steak | ||
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
Combine reserved juice, mustard, brown sugar, cloves and pepper in 1-Quart Batter Bowl.
Place ham steak in 12-inch Generation II Family Skillet and brush top with half of the glaze.
Cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Turn ham steak over and brush with remaining glaze.
Top with pineapple rings.
Cover and cook until ham and pineapple rings are heated through, 4 to 7 more minutes.
Serve warm.
