Pineapple Ham Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Minced | 1 Pound | |
| Ground pork | 1 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| 3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs | ||
| 3/4 cup sour cream or milk | ||
| Tomato sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple slice | 8 , drained | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:) | |
| Pineapple | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Glaze:) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon (Glaze:) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Glaze:) | |
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together except the pineapple. Roll into a loaf and divide into 9 patties.
2. In a shallow ovenproof dish form a long roll placing the pineapple in between each pattie starting and finishing with meat.
3. Bake for 30 minutes in a slow oven 325°F (160°C). Take from oven arid pour some of the mixture of brown sugar, pineapple syrup, lemon juice and mustard over the loaf and bake again for 1 hour basting every 20 minutes with the glaze.
