Pineapple Drops Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp granulated brown sugar replacement
1 tsp granulated sugar replacement
1 egg
1 tsp pineapple flavoring
1 1/4 cup flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple, with juice
Directions
Cream together margarine and sugar replacements.
Add egg and pineapple flavoring, beating until fluffy.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in sifter.
Add alternately with crushed pineapple (and juice) to creamed mixture, mixing thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 2 to 3 in. (5 to 7 cm) apart.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
