Directions
1. Add enough water to reserved pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook on Full Power for 4 to 6 minutes, or until thickened and bubbling. Stir twice during cooking time.
2. Gradually add Drambuie. Cook on Full Power for 1 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until boiling. Add pineapple, dates, pecans, butter, nutmeg, and lemon peel. Heat on Full Power for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until heated through. Serve warm.
