3/4 c. sugar
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
 
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
 
1/4 c. flour
 
1 c. sour cream
 
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked

Directions

Mix sugar, flour, salt, pineapple, sour cream and egg yolks in medium saucepan.
Cook, stirring until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Cook 2 minutes longer.
Spoon into cooled pastry shell.
Top with meringue.
