Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin Recipe
I made this Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin once last week and my kids still keep asking me for it. Pineapple Cranberry Pork Loin does fit the picture of a complete meal. Anyone will love it!
Ingredients
| Pork loin roast | 1 4 pound | |
| Pineapple can | 1 1 pound, crushed | |
| 1 1-pound can cranberry sauce, whole berry or jellied | ||
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock cooker.
Mix remaining ingredients, and pour over pork.
Cover and cook at Low for 8 to 10 hours.
