Ingredients

 
2 cans (8 ounces each) DOLE® Pineapple Slices in Juice
 
2 tablespoons flour
 
1/4 teaspoon ground dried sage
 
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon paprika
 
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
 
8 fresh turkey breast slices
 
1 teaspoon margarine
 
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
 
Grated peel and juice of 1/2 DOLE® Orange
 
Grated peel and juice of 1/2 DOLE® Lemon 1 chicken bouillon cube
 
1 large clove garlic, pressed
 
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Combine flour and seasonings in shallow dish.
Coat turkey with flour mixture.
In large nonstick skillet, brown half the turkey in 1/2 teaspoon margarine and 1/2 teaspoon oil.
Remove and set aside.
Repeat procedure with remaining turkey,margarine and oil.
In same skillet, combine browned turkey slices, reserved pineapple juice, orange peel and juice, lemon peel and juice, bouillon and garlic.
Bring to a boil.
Add pineapple.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove turkey and pineapple to serving platter.
Bring sauce to a boil; boil until reduced by half.
Stir in parsley.
Spoon sauce over turkey and pineapple
