Pineapple Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple | 2 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped ginger | 2 Tablespoon, candied | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Almonds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Cook all ingredients over low heat for 50 minutes or until it thickens.
Stir occasionally.
Makes 1 quart.
Serve over curry.
