Pineapple Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
Reserved pineapple juice
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. basil (or 1 T. fresh)
3 cloves garlic
Directions
Pour sauce over chicken and pineapple.
Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Place chicken and pineapple on bed of rice.
Meanwhile, add 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with cold water to sauce.
Boil until it thickens.
Pour over chicken and pineapple.
