Pineapple Cheese Salad Recipe
Pineapple cheese salad is a cottage cheese and fruit salad. Made with added marshmallows and dates, the pineapple cheese salad is lovely with mixed textures to taste. served immediately or chilled, it is a great with seasonal pineapples.
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 20 1/2 Ounce | |
| 1 16 ounce carton cream style cottage cheese | ||
| Miniature marshmallows | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pitted dates | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 6 to 8 whole pitted dates | ||
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
Combine reserved syrup and next 4 ingredients.
Mound cheese mixture on lettuce-lined plates; arrange pineapple chunks around.
Top each serving with one whole pitted date.
