3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded fat-free sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
2 teaspoons grated fresh onion
1/2 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
1/2 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Directions
