Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe
Ingredients
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Fat | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 1/2 (8-ounce) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened | ||
| 1/2 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened | ||
| Parsley | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
1. Pat drained pineapple with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine pineapple and next 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
2. Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Press chopped parsley into ball, coating thoroughly. Cover and chill. Serve with reduced-fat crackers.
