Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe
Pineapple Cheese Ball is a satisfying delicious appetizer. I had tasted this Pineapple Cheese Ball recipe in on of my friend birthday party, they were just fantastic. Every bit had a burst of pineapple and cheese.
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, and salt; mix well.
Chill; shape into a 4 inch ball, and roll in pecans.
