|Maraschino cherries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnish:)|

Bring to boil.
Stir constantly over mediumheat until tapioca is cooked.
Stir in lemon juice and pineapple.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving; fold whipped cream into pineapple mixture.
Garnish with marasch- ino cherries.
