Ingredients

 Pineapple juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tapioca1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Crushed pineapple1 Can (10oz), undrained
 Heavy cream1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped
 Maraschino cherries for garnish

Directions

In saucepan combine pineapple juice, water, tapioca, sugar, and salt.
Bring to boil.
Stir constantly over mediumheat until tapioca is cooked.
Stir in lemon juice and pineapple.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving; fold whipped cream into pineapple mixture.
Chill.
Garnish with marasch- ino cherries.
