 Whole wheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Egg1
 Bran Cereal - 1 cup
 Skimmed milk1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sugar1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Canned Crushed Pineapple - 1, (8 ounce), undrained

Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and the sugar into a bowl
2) Using a fork, lightly beat the egg
3) Add the cereal, milk and oil to the egg
4) Stir in the egg mixture to the flour and mix well
5) Allow the cereal mixture to rest for about 3 minutes till softened
6) Add in the pineapple with the juice
7) Stir the flour mixture till all is well combined
8) Into a paper line muffin tray, spoon in the batter
9) Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes

SERVING
10) Serve warm
