Pineapple Berry Freeze Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 14-ounce jars cranberry-orange relish | ||
| Pineapple can | 1 13 1/2 Ounce, crushed | |
| 1 10 1/2-ounce package miniature marshmallows | ||
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine relish, pineapple, pecans, marshmallows, and mayonnaise.
2) Whip and blend in cream and add a tint of food coloring if desired.
3) In a loaf pan, spread the mixture and let it freeze.
SERVING
4) Bring to room temperature, unmold, cut into slices and serve on lettuce lined plates.
