Pineapple Beef Teriyaki Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lbs. sirloin or tenderloin steak | ||
| 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Grated ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat and pineapple.
Marinate at least 1 hour stirring twice.
Thread meat and pineapple on skewers alternately.
Barbecue 2 to 4 inches from coals 5 to 10 mins.basting with marinade as each is turned.
