Pineapple Beef Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 13 1/2 Ounce | |
| 2/3 c. canned beef bouillon | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
Directions
Drain the syrup from the pineapple and reserve syrup.
Combine the reserved syrup with the bouillon, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and monosodium glutamate in a saucepan.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine the cornstarch and water, then stir into the bouillon mixture and cook, stirring, until clear and thickened.
Add the pineapple chunks, green pepper and Beef Balls and heat through.
