 Parsnips1 1/2 Pound
 Pineapple juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Prepare parsnips in lengthwise strips.
Place strips in ungreased baking dish, 111/2x71/2x11/2 inches.
Mix juice, sugar, salt, and pepper; pour over parsnips.
Dot with butter.
Cover; bake 1 hour.
