Pineapple And Green Pepper Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 green peppers
1 medium pineapple, cubed
4 tablespoons sherry vinegar
8 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions
Cut peppers in half, remove the seeds and pith, and cut into strips.
Add the pineapple, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss well before serving.
